The nominator should submit a letter explaining why he or she is nominating an NRCA member for a Gold Circle Award.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT, SERVICE OR EVENT

Describe what made the project, program, service or event so unique that it should be considered for a Gold Circle Award. Be sure to provide adequate details explaining the project from its conception to completion.

The more information you provide, the better the entry for judges to score the project. The judges work in the industry and appreciate technical jargon. Include tear-off procedures, installation procedures from the roof deck up including product and manufacturer names as well as safety considerations. Do not include the nominated company’s name; nominations should be anonymous to the judges. For example, use “our company” instead of the formal company name.
